I help professional firms and their partners thrive by aligning strategy and talent across the partner cohort. I address both individual career strategy and Continuation the art of designing how contribution, authority and influence evolve across long professional arcs in the continuing service of the firm's strategy. My Continuation Studio integrates the wisdom of partners with tools to shift gears for greater impact. 

This work builds on more than two decades of coaching and transition practice with senior professionals, which has increasingly extended into vision, governance and career arc design at firm and Board level.

I continue to work one-to-one where it supports this broader work. But my primary focus is now on helping individuals and firms design Continuation into the whole system. This shapes how promotion, development and sustaining peak performance are approached, and creates a more robust dialogue around growth.
